Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes on the vine
Large, individual basil leaves
8oz ball of fresh mozzarella
Preparation:
1. Cut mozzarella and tomatoes into slices as thick as you'd like.
2. Layer slices with basil leaves and arrange on plate.
3. (Optional) Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, or both!
