- Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped from our distribution center. Orders placed for in-stock items after 11am MST typically ship the next business day. Currently due to high volumes of orders and following Covid-19 protocols it may take up to 4 business days to ship.
- Orders placed for Pre-Order items will typically ship within 4 business days after the arrival of the product. The estimated arrival date of the product is specified on the website.
Shipping and insurance costs are not refundable.
- 6 Pack Bags is now able to ship internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for all applicable customs and duty fees, which are not included in the shipping total. Additionally, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- Returns
- Not sure about your purchase? No problem. We want you to be happy. Contact us within 90 days and we'll provide you with a shipping label to return your unused 6 Pack Bags™ products purchased from our website. Once the item is received back to us and inspected we will process a refund for the item minus a flat rate return shipping charge of $9.99. If you would rather have store credit for the item you returned we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the item is determined to be used or missing pieces you will be charged a restock fee determined by 6 Pack Bags.
- Bulk returns may be subject to additional return shipping fees.
- Please note: International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled anytime before the order has been fulfilled. Once tracking information is available for your order it is unable to be cancelled. Although we try our hardest to cancel the order before it's shipped, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Address Changes
We completely understand that mistakes can happen. If you submit an order with the wrong address send us a message as soon as possible and we will update it for you. If the package has already shipped the address change will need to be made directly with the carrier.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment is via Visa or Mastercard through www.sixpackbags.com. Sales tax will be charged on all orders with a UT ship to address. Only one coupon code per order. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.
Price Adjustments
If something you purchased goes on a deeper discount within 30 days of purchase, no worries! Reach out to us and we will send over a gift card via email for the difference.
